PHOTO CHOICE: Please choose a high quality if possible, but please don't worry if this is not possible, however please be aware that some details may not be as accurate as we will fill in blanks using our artistic judgement. We recommend no more that 4 people per photo.
ALTERATIONS: The photo is simplified as per the examples pictured, once this is drawn, we will send a sample to the email you provide, and you have 24 hours to respond with any alterations or this could cause delays to your order.
NO RETURNS: As these are made to order and are customised we are therefore unable to resell any of these items and therefore there is a no returns policy. This is why we recommend keeping an eye out in your emails to make sure you are happy with the design before giving us the go ahead. Please double check your sizing against the size charts, as you are unable to exchange for larger sizes once embroidered.
