What size should I get and are they unisex?​
All of our sweatshirts are unisex, but are based off UK mens sizing. This means, that men can select their standard UK size (typical right), and women can use our size chart for a rough size conversion. This conversion was created by using a UK ladies size guide and cross referencing the measurements against the sweatshirts that we use. Therefore, this is only an estimated guide, and we still recommend using the measurements to establish your best fit.
What kind of fit are the sweatshirts?​
The sweatshirts are a slouchy fit by design, and are designed to be worn as a slightly oversized look. However, if you prefer a more fitted look, you should size down, or if you prefer a really oversized look, we recommend sizing up (ultimate cosy vibes).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?​
The dispatch time will depend on how busy we are. Please check the banner of the website for the most up to date turnaround. This is how long it will take to dispatch, meaning the date this will leave our office. This is not inclusive of delivery time, of which we ask you to add an additional 3-5 working days. As we are a very small business, we cannot always plan for huge unexpected surges in sales, and therefore, we ask you to be lenient with these timeframes. Our delivery information can be found here.
Why is my order taking so bloomin' long?
Every order is made to order (and with love), so when you see a turnaround of 2-4 weeks, this doesn't mean your jumper takes that long to make, it essentially means that the queue for your order to go through the machine is around this time. If you're ordering, please make a note of this timeframe beforehand, and make sure you are happy to wait at least this amount of time before placing an order. Please know, your order is NOT forgotten about, and any 'order updates' will be along the lines of.. "it's still in the queue" BUT we are working super hard to get them out to you I promise (I love you. please don't be mad).
Can I request my order to be delivered by a certain date?​
Whilst we always love to get orders to you for special occasions, from September onwards, we cannot take any requests for faster delivery. Last Christmas we received over 500 emails asking for orders to be delivered by Christmas Jumper Day, and whilst we would have loved to have done this for our lovely customers, once your order is in the queue, we feel it is unfair to prioritise some orders over others!
